Career Goal: To work in Pediatric Oncology
Community Service: Boston Children's Hospital, Caritas Norwood Hospital, Jimmy Fund, Kreative Kids, Make a Wish
If you could choose one charity that you’d like to assist, which one would it be and why? I would definitely choose the Make a Wish Foundation. They are able to make a child feel special in the face of great adversity, even if just for a little while.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? My dad would always tell me “Don’t let failure be an option.” Thinking that failure isn’t an option takes the pressure off. If success is your only option, somehow you will be able to achieve it.
If you could live a celebrity’s life, who would it be? I would love to be Kate Middleton. I’ve always wanted to be a princess!
What is your dream job? I really want to be a pediatric oncologist I love working with children and am currently pursuing medicine. Either that or a princess!
If you had one million dollars to give away, how would you do it? I would donate it to one of the orphanages in Haiti.
What are three things Patriots fans would be surprised to know about you? I can rap pretty well in Spanish; I have played piano for about 15 years; and Shark Week is my absolute favorite week of the year.
If you had to estimate, how many texts do you send in one month, and who gets the most from you? I probably send about 1,000 texts a month, but most of those texts are actually to myself. I text myself all the time to remind me of things: addresses, times, names, etc.
If you could teach anyone how to do something, what would it be? I would probably teach my little sister how to ask permission before taking my clothes!
If you knew the world was ending in 2013, what are some of the things you would be sure to accomplish? I have always wanted to get my pilot’s license.
What’s your favorite room in your house? Probably the family room. It’s where all the birthdays and Christmas mornings take place. I think I associate the room with presents!
