Patriots Volunteer Pledge – YOU Can Make a Difference!

Join the Patriots Celebrate Volunteerism movement and become a Patriots Difference Maker by contributing to the total hours volunteered by Patriots fans!

To pledge volunteer hours, fill out the form below and print out your official Celebrate Volunteerism Certificate. Fans are encouraged to submit photos holding your certificate while participating in your volunteer work to CharitableEvents@patriots.com for a chance to be seen on www.patriots.com and various Patriots publications highlighting the Celebrate Volunteerism initiative.


Weymouth High School students have pledged more than 20,000 volunteer hours as part of Celebrate Volunteerism.
