GRILLED PIZZA RECIPE
Your favorite toppings
Dust a flat surface with flour. Roll out the pizza dough and then drizzle with olive oil.
Place the dough on a medium-hot grill for about three minutes. Rotate the dough 90 degrees and cook for an additional three minutes before removing it from the grill.
Turn the pizza base over so the grilled side faces up. Spread on the tomato sauce and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Add any additional toppings.
Return the pizza to the grill and cook for six minutes more, again rotating the base 90 degrees halfway through.
Slice and enjoy!
Tip: Simplify this recipe by using store-bought dough and tomato sauce. Read
