GRILLED SWORDFISH TACO RECIPE
Spice mix (cumin, coriander, cardamom, parsley, garlic)
Watermelon radish, julienned
Marinate swordfish in soy oil and spice mix, before cooking on the grill.
Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce and spice mix to make dressing for coleslaw. Add cabbage and radish, and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare each taco by placing a piece of warm swordfish in the middle of a tortilla and topping with coleslaw. Read
