Loaded Spicy Nachos
Makes about 8-10 servings Read
2-4 lbs. pork roast
Black beans (optional)
Red or green peppers, sliced (optional) Read
The night before the game, cook the pork roast in a slow cooker. Read
The next morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pull pork into shreds and set aside in a bowl. Read
