It’s nice to have a dish your friends and family can look forward to every Patriots game day, which is exactly what fan Donna Thompson shared with us as part of our recipe contest with Dannon. Her hearty nachos include pulled pork, jalapenos and cheese.
Loaded Spicy Nachos
Makes about 8-10 servings
2-4 lbs. pork roast
Black beans (optional)
Red or green peppers, sliced (optional)
The night before the game, cook the pork roast in a slow cooker.
The next morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pull pork into shreds and set aside in a bowl.
Arrange the tortilla chips, pork, cheese, onions, jalapenos and peppers in layers in a pan. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Read
