Patrick Chung knows his role.
At his Monday afternoon press conference, the Patriots safety paid tribute to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, wearing a black tee with a vintage photo of the actor on it. Patrick told reporters “He’s a very talented guy.”
And it seems The Rock approved. After learning about the tribute, he shared some kind words with Patrick on Twitter.
Although The Rock is a fan of the Miami Dolphins, his hometown team, he does have a small connection to Foxborough. His 2007 movie “The Game Plan” was partially filmed at Gillette Stadium and features a young Madison Pettis, who has shown off her Patriots fan style this season as an NFL Apparel ambassador.
