Rank Player School Ht. Wt. 40 Com
1 Geno Smith West Virginia 6-3 220 4.87 4.59
Notes: [Andy Hart] Throws off back foot too much. Questionable footwork and pocket pressence. Poor man's RGIII. [Erik Scalavino] Throws a good ball when he has the time; gets flustered by pass rush. [Paul Perillo] Throws well on run; Too much off back foot; Throws a good deep ball; Inconsistent.

2 Tyler Wilson Arkansas 6-2 215 4.90 4.95
Notes: [Andy Hart] Wind-up motion with sort of 3/4 delivery. Good accuracy and touch. Not afraid to run or take a hit. [Erik Scalavino] Has mobility to escape pressure; decent throwing on the run; not the best mechanics. [Paul Perillo] Decent mobility; Slings it a bit; Good on crossing routes; Doesn't always step in.

3 Mike Glennon North Carolina St. 6-7 225 5.12 4.94
Notes: [Andy Hart] Tall, stiff with big arm. Heavy feet. Less athletic version of Flacco. Interesting prospect. [Erik Scalavino] Inexperienced as a starter and inconsistent; but size, skill set are intriguing. [Paul Perillo] Not quick; Long throwing motion; Throws off back foot; Good arm strength; Accurate between numbers; So-so.

4 Matt Barkley USC 6-2 227 4.84
Notes: [Andy Hart] Good enough arm. Surrounded by VG talent. Pro style experience, but doesn't do anything overly well. [Erik Scalavino] Highly experienced field general; possesses more brains than talent, but could be a good "game manager" at NFL level. [Paul Perillo] Works under center; Steps in well; Not a huge arm; Doesn't get ball downfield.

5 Ryan Nassib Syracuse 6-2 227 5.02 5.06
Notes: [Andy Hart] Good release. Nice feet. Like his progressions. Does seem to feel the pressure a bit. [Erik Scalavino] Throws with zip on every pass, which isn't necessarily good on short, touch passes; overall skill set needs refining. [Paul Perillo] Big arm; Sets up, steps in well; Good zip underneath; Steps back under pressure too much.

THE REST:
Player School Ht. Wt. 40 Com
EJ Manuel Florida State 6-5 237 4.64 4.65
Notes: [Andy Hart] Intriguing measurables. Good footwork and mechanics. But production doesn’t match theoretical potential. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Good feet; Strong arm; Can throw deep out; Steps into throws well; Not polished; Loses accuracy on run; Athletic.

Landry Jones Oklahoma 6-4 221 4.92 5.11
Notes: [Andy Hart] Seemingly has all the tools, but doesn't put it all together. Takes chances with throws. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Works out of spread; Steps and fires; Good accuracy/touch; Forces it at times.

Matt Scott Arizona 6-2 213 4.68 4.69
Notes: [Andy Hart] Low release. Mobile and dual purpose. Lot touch throws, good accuracy. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Nice touch; Shot gun spread; Good feet; Accurate on the run; Not much arm strength.

Zac Dysert Miami (Ohio) 6-3 231 4.83
Notes: [Andy Hart] 4yr starter, 3X captain. Too antsy in the pocket. Throws well rolling right. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Works out of spread; Good mobility; Runs to throw; Takes too many chances with ball.

Tyler Bray* Tennessee 6-6 232 5.16 5.05
Notes: [Andy Hart] Major accuracy concerns. Doesn't always step into throws. Avg. feet. Mallett comparisons. Good arm, not a good QB. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Doesn't handle pressure well; Good arm but erratic at times; Slings it at times.

Jeff Tuel Washington State 6-3 221 4.79
Notes: [Andy Hart] Athletic. Decent feet. Lot of touch throws. Gamer who makes reads. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Throws into traffic at times; Runs well; Stands in under pressure; So-so arm.

Ryan Griffin Tulane 6-4 216 4.79
Notes: [Andy Hart] No Comments. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Works out of shot gun spread; Throws well on run; Steps in well; Decent zip on passes; Accurate; Decent 7-round/FA prospect.

Brad Sorensen Southern Utah 6-4 229 4.96 4.97
Notes: [Andy Hart] Long delivery on longer throws. OK touch. Something strange about some throws. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Accurate outside the numners; Average arm strength; Solid but not spectacular.

Jordan Rodgers Vanderbilt 6-1 212 4.79
Notes: [Andy Hart] Aaron's bro, has similar mannerisms. Quick release. Throws it up for grabs too much. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Good mobility; Not a great arm; Lots of floaters thrown up for grabs.

Nick Florence Baylor 6-0 205 4.64
Notes: [Andy Hart] No Comments. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] No Comments.

Colby Cameron Louisiana Tech 6-2 212 4.87 4.78
Notes: [Andy Hart] Jordan's bro. Doesn't throw picks. Not many zip throws. Lot of pre-snap reads. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] Great feet; Quick read/throws; Accurate out of spread; Takes chances but is accurate.

Collin Klein Kansas State 6-5 218 4.74
Notes: [Andy Hart] Physical Tebow-like runner. Strange motion. Can't zip it. Not a QB. [Erik Scalavino] Insert Comments. [Paul Perillo] Excellent runner but not a passer; Lacks arm strength despite size.

Matt McGloin Penn State 6-0 210 4.87
Notes: [Andy Hart] No Comments. [Erik Scalavino] No Comments. [Paul Perillo] No Comments.
