The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation continued the season-long “Celebrate Volunteerism” campaign with a special weekly focus on service projects (Oct. 9-15). The Foundation teamed with Rebuilding Together Boston for a volunteerism project in Jamaica Plain on October 10. Patriots and Kraft Group employees spent the day landscaping, painting and cleaning the home of Mozelle and Richard, a Marine Corps veteran. During the afternoon, Pro Football and Patriots Hall of Famer Andre Tippett presented Chris Pedersen with an honorary medal and autographed football as the “Patriots Difference Maker of the Week.” Pedersen has volunteered with Rebuilding Together Boston for 11 years.
