Gillette Gets Patriots Fans "Close and Comfortable" For The Playoffs

To celebrate another successful and record-breaking season by the Patriots, Gillette will bring fans "close and comfortable" for the Patriots' Divisional Round game against the Houston Texans on January 13, 2013.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The AFC East Champion New England Patriots recognize there is no debate that the best shave comes from Gillette® Fusion® ProGlide® and the best NFL Playoff experience takes place at Gillette Stadium. To celebrate another successful and record-breaking season by the Patriots, Gillette will bring fans “close and comfortable” for the Patriots’ Divisional Round game against the Houston Texans on January 13, 2013.

For an opportunity to win one of the 204 Playoff Tickets being given away (the number of consecutive home sellouts for the Patriots) all Patriot fans can simply follow @Patriots on Twitter, or visit one of the following Stop & Shop locations where fans will have a chance to meet Pat the Patriot, Patriots alumni and Cheerleaders. Additionally, some Stop & Shop customers shopping for a Gillette® Fusion® ProGlide® will also be surprised with “close and comfortable” prizes.

  • Stop & Shop in Wayland, Mass. (400 Boston Post Rd.) on Wednesday, January 9 from 4 to 5 p.m.
  • Stop & Shop in Chelmsford, Mass. (29 Chelmsford St.) on Thursday, January 10 from 5 to 6 p.m

For those already attending the game, parking passes and Gillette Stadium concession gift cards will be distributed randomly on January 13. Prizes include:

  • 444 VIP parking passes (signifying the new record set by the Patriots for first downs in a season)
  • 557 Gillette Stadium concessions $10 gift cards (the league-best number of points scored by the Patriots in 2012)
