Patriots extend tender to PK Stephen Gostkowski

The New England Patriots announced today that they have tendered a contract offer to restricted free agent PK Stephen Gostkowski.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Patriots announced today that they have tendered a contract offer to restricted free agent PK Stephen Gostkowski.

If another clubs signs Gostkowski to an offer sheet, the Patriots have seven days to match the offer. If they choose not to match, New England will receive second round compensation from the respective club.
