The New England Patriots will aim to extend their five-game winning streak this week when they travel to Denver to face the Broncos. New England will be looking to qualify for the playoffs for the 19th time in its 52 year history with a victory this week. It would mark the Patriots' 13th playoff berth in the 18 seasons since Robert Kraft purchased the team in 1994, a dramatic contrast to the six total berths the team earned in its first 34 years of existence. The Patriots will clinch the AFC East if any of the following happen: 1.) a win over Denver; 2). a tie against Denver and a Jets loss or tie; 3.) a Jets loss.
