In Week 16, Brady completed 27 of 46 passes for 304 yards with three touchdowns (one passing, two rushing) in the Patriots' 27-24 win over Miami. Brady helped erase a 17-0 deficit in the second half, completing 20 of 27 passes (74.1 percent) for 217 yards with one TD pass and a 109.6 passer rating. He also added two one-yard touchdown runs.
In Week 17, Brady helped erase a 21-0 first-quarter deficit to defeat Buffalo, 49-21, the second consecutive week in which the Patriots won a game after trailing by at least 17 points. He threw three touchdown passes and reached 300 for his career. Brady is the sixth player in NFL history to reach 300 touchdown passes, joining Brett Favre, Dan Marino, Peyton Manning, Fran Tarkenton, and John Elway. Brady is tied with Elway for fifth on the NFL's all-time touchdown pass list.
