Jets (9/9):  Stretched his lone reception from quarterback Tom Brady into a 19-yard gain in the first quarter.  San Diego (9/16):  Caught two passes for 19 yards in the Patriots' 38-14 win over the Chargers... Snagged an 11-yard pass from Tom Brady at the end of the first quarter to help set up a second-quarter Stephen Gostkowski field goal.  Buffalo (9/23):  Started at wide receiver in the Patriots' 38-7 victory over the Bills... Took his lone reception of the game from Tom Brady 28-yards down the sideline for a first down during the second quarter.  at Cincinnati (10/1):  Started at wide receiver... Caught a season high four passes for 39 yards in the Patriots' 34-13 victory over the Bengals... Ran down the sideline for a 14-yard gain and a first down to set up a first-quarter drive that yielded a Tom Brady touchdown pass to Mike Vrabel for a 10-0 Patriot lead.  Cleveland (10/7):  Started at wide receiver... Nabbed his first touchdown reception in a Patriots uniform on a 34-yard pass from Tom Brady with 2:45 remaining in the first quarter that gave the team a 10-0 lead... Hauled in a game-long 53-yard reception down the right hand sideline in the fourth quarter, setting up a Stephen Gostkowski field goal.  San Diego (1/20):  Grabbed two catches for 11 yards in the Patriots' 21-12 win over the Chargers in the AFC Championship Game.


2006 Season

2006 (12/11, 1/0 - Philadelphia): Hauled in 38 receptions while finishing second on the team with 725 receiving yards and tied for second with five receiving touchdowns, despite only playing in 12 games ... Ranked second in the NFL with a 19.1 yards per catch avg. Houston (9/10): In his first career game with the Eagles, posted six catches for a career-high-tying 141 yards and one touchdown ... The 141 yards was the most by an Eagles receiver in his debut with the team ... All six of his receptions were for first downs. N.Y. Giants (9/17): Posted five receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown. Washington (11/12): Caught six passes for 139 yards and a career-long 84-yard touchdown grab from Donovan McNabb. Carolina (12/4): Hauled in four passes for 111 yards and a touchdown. Washington (12/10): Grabbed a 3-yard touchdown pass on third down in the corner of the end zone from Jeff Garcia. N.Y. Led team with a career-high 70 receptions for a personal-best 945 yards and seven touchdowns ...Tied for eighth in the NFC in receiving touchdowns and 15th in the NFL ... Finished tied for 20th in the NFC in third down receptions, hauling in 18 passes for 246 yards ... Added two carries for two yards and seven punt returns for 52 yards ...   • Notched six receptions for 76 yards and a career-high two touchdowns against New England (10/20). The scoring catches came from seven and 12 yards.

2002 (13/7 - New Orleans): Appeared in 13 games, starting seven contests at wide receiver ... One of the most productive NFL rookies, recording 42 catches for 594 yards (14.1 avg.) and eight touchdowns ... Tied for 14th in the NFC in scoring among non-kickers with 48 points ... Tied for the fourth-highest reception total by a rookie in Saints history and his yardage total was third in the NFL among rookies and third all-time by a rookie in New Orleans ... His eight touchdown catches led all NFL rookies and set a Saints rookie record for touchdown grabs.
  • In his first NFL start, had four receptions for 63 yards, including a 41-yard touchdown against Tampa Bay (9/8).
  • Started at wide receiver against Detroit (9/29) and became first rookie in 20 years to catch a touchdown in his first four NFL games. In 1982, Washington wide receiver Charlie Brown set the league record with a touchdown reception in his first five contests.
