Ian Sluss was signed by the New England Patriots as a rookie free agent on May 3, 2013.

COLLEGE
  • Was named a second team All-American by the Sports Network and earned second team All-Big Sky Conference honors in 2012 after leading the team with 104 tackles.
  • Also added four interceptions and four forced fumbles as well as three defensive touchdowns in 2012.
  • Played in 10 games as a junior in 2010 and finished with 55 tackles, 3 1/2 sacks and two forced fumbles.
  • Began his college career at the University of Redlands before transferring to Portland State and redshirting in 2010.
  • Earned All-Conference honors both years as a middle linebacker at Redlands.
