Designated Driver Program

The New England Patriots and Gillette Stadium, in conjunction with Team Coalition and the Be A Hero Campaign, are excited for the Patriots 2010 Designated Driver Program! Last year, over 13,000 Patriots fans made the pledge to never drink and drive, always buckle up, and provide a safe ride home for their family and friends. This effort placed us second in the National Football League! We know we can take the top spot in 2010, with the support of the best fans in the league!

Fans can sign up to be a Designated Driver at booths located inside each of the main stadium gates, at the Fidelity Investments Clubhouse concierge stands, and at the guest services booths located at the 50 yard line on both 100 and 300 levels. Designated Drivers will receive a complimentary key chain, a free soft drink, as well as 10% off at the online Patriots ProShop! Beginning at the regular season home opener versus the Cincinnati Bengals on September 12th, fans will also have the option to make the pledge to be a Designated Driver by texting "HERO" to 78247. You can collect your rewards at any of our designated driver booths. Remember, designated drivers can make the pledge at every game.

We look forward to rewarding one randomly selected designated driver of the game after each home game this season with a memory for a lifetime! One lucky fan from each game, who pledged to be a designated driver, will enjoy watching the Patriots warm up from the sidelines at the next home game. Last year's winners have incredible photos and memories from viewing the warm-ups from an up close and personal perspective and we are thrilled to meet this season's winners!

After the second to last home game against the Green Bay Packers on December 19th, we will randomly select one designated driver of the year who will be the Patriots honorary captain for the Dolphins game on January 2nd. Additionally, four runner-up designated drivers of the year will be selected after the last home game and will receive an authentic helmet autographed by the 2010 Patriots.

Responsibility truly has its rewards!
