For Patriots players, AFC Championship is a family affair

The Patriots were really feeling the love on Sunday night. Fans across the country did their job representing Patriots Nation and the crowd at Gillette Stadium was absolutely amped up. In the stands and at home, the players also got tons of support from their loved ones, both young and old.

Devin McCourty's biggest little fan is without a doubt his niece, Lili, who is often seen sporting a tiny Patriots jersey on game day. Yesterday was no exception, as Devin's brother Jason took this adorable snap of her getting some rest before the game.

Tom Brady also got an assist from the home team. He posted this super cute photo of his kids holding up their "Love You Daddy!" sign the day before the AFC Championship.

Family man Vince Wilfork got lots of love from his children too. This touching photo was posted on his Instagram after the game.

The Gronkowski family was loud and proud, with the entire clan showing up to support Rob, including the littlest member of the family.

With his brand new hat and T-shirt on, Brian Tyms captured the moment alongside his fiancée, Christal.

Likewise, Danny Aiken and fiancée Kelly cozied up to commemorate the win and upcoming Super Bowl trip.

Shane Vereen and his dad were all smiles at the thought of going to the Super Bowl.

Ryan Allen took some time to thank his "girls" for braving the rainy weather to watch the game at Gillette Stadium.

Meanwhile, Kyle Arrington celebrated the win with his wife, Vashonda, by his side.

As did Patrick Chung, whose wife Cece posted this sweet photo of them after the game...

and Brandon LaFell, who declared his wife his #1 fan.

Tom followed suit, closing out a very exciting evening by posing playfully with wife Gisele.

We can't forget Coach, either. Girlfriend Linda Holliday was there on the field after the game, eliciting a classic Belichick smile.
