Gridiron Grub: Breaded pork tenderloin sandwich

The Patriots are back in action this Sunday and there's plenty to look forward to. If you're a foodie, that includes testing out a new sandwich recipe courtesy of Totally Patriots.

This week Chef Mike is bringing us an Indy classic, the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Packed with crispy, fried meat and all the usual toppings, this is definitely an upgrade on your standard cold-cuts-filled sub.

Pork tenderloin
Egg, beat
Bread crumbs
Sandwich roll
Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Use a meat tenderizer to hammer out the pork. Slice it into sandwich-friendly pieces. Coat each piece of pork in the flour then egg and breadcrumbs.

Cook breaded pork in a frying pan until golden brown.

Place pork on a sandwich roll with mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and any other toppings you'd like.
