Gridiron Grub: Fish tacos

After taking a week off, Totally Patriots is back in the kitchen for a new tailgate recipe just in time for tomorrow's match-up against the Chargers. This week, it's a San Diego favorite that will bring some west coast flair to your party, whether you've traveled with the team to sunny So Cal or are watching at home in New England.

GRILLED SWORDFISH TACO RECIPE

Ingredients
Swordfish
Soy oil
Spice mix (cumin, coriander, cardamom, parsley, garlic)
Coleslaw
Tortillas

Coleslaw
Mayonnaise
Lime juice
Hot sauce
Spice mix
Cabbage, shredded
Watermelon radish, julienned

Marinate swordfish in soy oil and spice mix, before cooking on the grill.

Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce and spice mix to make dressing for coleslaw. Add cabbage and radish, and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare each taco by placing a piece of warm swordfish in the middle of a tortilla and topping with coleslaw.
