Devin and Jason McCourty are at it again, putting their sibling rivalry to use in their efforts to give back.

The two have placed a bet on who can raise the most money for their upcoming Tackle Sickle Cell 5K Run/Walk, agreeing that the loser will announce defeat via billboard in the winner's home football city.

The event, which takes place on June 20 in Jersey City, N.J., is the major fundraiser for the twins' Tackle Sickle Cell campaign in conjunction with the Embrace Kids Foundation. The proceeds from the 5K will be used to provide college scholarships, emergency financial assistance and educational programs for children battling sickle cell and their families.

This isn't the first time the McCourty twins have used their competitive spirit for a good cause, though. Last year they made a similar bet surrounding the 5K. In the end, D-Mac raised slightly more money than Jason, who later paid off his debt by visiting Gillette Stadium and dressing up as Pat Patriot.
