Hello Patriots Nation! It's my honor and pleasure to introduce myself to you.
My name is Andy Berler and my job is to get you into the best shape of your life…really! I'm the creator of the nationwide fitness phenomenon known as BMAX (Berler Maximum Activation Xtreme), but even more important to all of you Patriots fans, BMAX is the training program of the New England Patriots Cheerleaders and I am the official trainer of your illustrious sideline squad. Are you ready for me?
Let me tell you some more about me. I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Prior to my professional career, I played competitive tennis throughout New England as a junior and went on to earn a tennis scholarship to Division 1, Jacksonville University in Florida. In 1993 my professional career led me to Willowbend, one of the most notable clubs in the northeast, where I serve as both Director of Tennis and Director of Fitness. For the past four years I have also been fortunate to be able to provide the New England Patriots Cheerleaders with my passion and training secrets. Now it's your turn!
My philosophy is simple. It's all about my three friends: desire, dedication and discipline. Now they're your friends too!
Next, it's my training secret: maximum activation. This is the "special ingredient" of BMAX. Simply put, my training program involves quick workouts and amazing variety without using machines.
