If you need a game day appetizer fast, try my Mediterranean hummus. It's an easy crowd-pleaser that only looks like it takes hours to prepare. Plus, this is one snack that is actually good for you and won't leave you feeling too full or sluggish to cheer on the Patriots tonight.
MEDITERRANEAN HUMMUS RECIPE
Store-bought or homemade hummus
Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Feta cheese, crumbled
Kalamata olives, chopped
Spread your favorite store-bought or homemade hummus in a dish.
Top with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, finely chopped fresh basil and onion (see picture).
Serve with fresh vegetables on the side, such as green beans (ends removed), bell peppers and carrots.
