The Boston Globe is reporting that tight end Jake Ballard was moved to the reserve/PUP list, meaning he would be ineligible for at least the first six games of the season. Ballard, who is coming of surgery to repair a torn ACL, is not expected to play in 2013 but he'll get another couple of months to recover before any further decision is made.
