Serenity and surprises for the cheerleaders on day four in Punta Cana

Tom Brady, QB - TB12 is playing as well as he ever has. Brady leads the NFL in rating, completion percentage and yards per attempt as he prepares for a Seahawks defense that’s banged up but still very competitive. He has seven touchdowns and five interceptions in three career games against Seattle but generally lights it up on Sunday nights.

The cheerleaders' swimsuit calendar shoot is officially halfway over.

On Sunday, the fourth day of the trip, the women eased into things with a morning yoga session on the beach – a welcome break from their tough BMAX workouts with trainer Andy Berler. Veteran cheerleader Lauren led her teammates in a peaceful hour-long practice under the warm morning sun before they dispersed to enjoy some free time at the resort, Paradisus Palma Real.

While the morning was rather quiet, the afternoon came with plenty of excitement. The women played volleyball on the beach before getting glamed up and gathering for what they thought was a promotional photo shoot. In the end, it turned out to be a surprise proposal, as cheerleader Jodi's boyfriend traveled to Punta Cana to pop the question. There were plenty of cheers and tears from the group during the special moment, which took place in one of the resort's romantic gardens.

After the women came down from the high of the unexpected engagement, they closed out their day by hosting a fun cheerleading clinic for about 30 of the resort's youngest guests. They then had the evening free to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife on site.
