Earlier this week, friends Chris Evans and Chris Pratt declared themselves enemies until after the Super Bowl, when their teams will battle each other for the ultimate prize in football.
Now the two have raised the stakes with some good old fashioned trash talk and an awesome bet for charity, all arranged in 140 characters or less on Twitter. Pratt started things off by taunting his Boston-born friend, who is known for playing Captain America.
"We both know there's only one Captain America and his name is Russell Wilson," Pratt wrote.
Evans soon replied, proposing a little wager on the big game, and Pratt set his terms.
If the Seahawks win, Evans will visit Seattle Children's Hospital dressed in his superhero costume, complete with the Seahawks 12th man flag. If the Patriots take home the trophy, though, Pratt, who's known for his role as Star-Lord, will put on a Tom Brady jersey and visit Christopher's Haven, a Boston-based charity for which Evans is an ambassador.
We're definitely keeping our fingers crossed for a visit from Star-Lord soon, but in the meantime we have to give props to Evans and Pratt for bringing the superhero spirit to this year's Super Bowl.
