Belichick's BBQ Chicken Bites
|4 cups||BBQ potato chips, crushed|
|1/2 lb||Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes BBQ sauce for dipping|
In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk. Crush potato chips and place in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll the chicken in the chips. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until juice run clear. Serve with BBQ sauce for dipping.
