Three ways to work your biceps

The standard curl is probably the most popular, basic weightlifting exercise. After all, a good looking bicep sends the message, "That's right, I work out!"

But to really make those biceps pop, it's important to incorporate a variety of movement patterns into your arm workout. Check out the video below for three of my favorite BMAX bicep exercises, which the Patriots Cheerleaders do each and every week. Add these into your fitness regime and trust me, soon everyone will know that you pump iron.
