Working out with Cheerleader Alyssa

Favorite workout: A mix between lifting and cardio, like our trainer Andy Berler's BMAX. The heart rate stays up, however, the weights being used are not too heavy.

Go-to exercise:Abs. Even on busier days, I always find time to work on my core.

Must-have gear or accessory: My Lululemon yoga mat. It is perfect for while I am working out as well as my cool down.

Post-workout meal or snack: Either a chocolate Whey protein shake or two scoops of peanut butter with Nature Valley granola mixed in.
