• Started 13 games and posted 67 tackles, three sacks and tied for the team lead with three interceptions as a sophomore in 2013.

• Born April 6, 1994 to Kisa Mills, and has one older brother Jaquan.

• Spent one season at DeSoto (Texas) High School and helped lead his team to a 10-2 record as a senior, after transferring from Lancaster High School.
• Played wide receiver and quarterback before moving to defensive back as a junior in high school.

EXTRA POINTS

• Jalen Mills has embraced his nickname "The Green Goblin." The origins of the nickname started out as a joke during his rookie season with Philadelphia when he dyed his hair green. Mills is not sure whether it was a coach or the media but the spiderman villain nickname was inspired and took off with the fans. Said Mills, "It just kind of came from my rookie year and then just throughout my years playing for the Eagles, my style of play. That's what I get it from. It's kind of something that I stuck with."
