CAREER TRANSACTIONS

• Justin Rohrwasser was drafted by the New England Patriots in the fifth round (159th overall) of the 2020 NFL Draft.
• Began his collegiate career at the University of Rhode Island for two seasons before transferring to Marshall for his final two collegiate seasons.
• Handled field goals and kickoffs as a senior during his second season at Marshall.
• Played in all 13 games in 2019 and was named Conference USA Special Teams Most Valuable Player. Also earned first team all-conference honors for Conference USA.
• Successfully converted 18-of-21 field goals with a long of 53 and hit on 35-of-36 extra points. 
• Was primary person for kickoff duties, with 33 touchbacks on 62 kickoffs.
• Played in all 13 games during his first season at Marshall in 2018. Handled field goals, extra points and kickoffs. Made 15-of-21 field goal attempts, with a long of 40 and connected on 44-of-46 extra point attempts. Booted 71 kickoffs for 30 touchbacks. Recovered two fumbles on the season, becoming one of two FBS players since 2000 to have at least two fumble recoveries in a season without recording a tackle.
• Played 11 games for Rhode Island in 2016 and led the team in scoring with 41 points. Finished the season 6-of-7 on field goals and 23-of24 on extra points.
• Played in 10 games for Rhode Island in 2015 and led the team in scoring with 43 points. Was 9-of-13 on field-goal attempts and converted all 16 extra-point tries.
