Biography
Wieland, 23, played last season at Grand View University and helped the school to a 14-1 record a berth in the NAIA FCS Championship game. The 6-foot-1, 223-pounder originally signed with Iowa out of high school but was slowed by injuries and transferred Iowa Western Community College. Last season, he played in nine games and finished with 70 total tackles.
