Everyone knows that Bill Belichick is a legend in the NFL. Coaching the Patriots to many a dominant season has cemented his status as one of the greatest NFL coaches of all time, but there is another area where Coach Belichick has really made his mark: fashion.

That's right; we're talking about the signature Belichick Hoodie.

You may remember that Coach Belichick began wearing a grey Reebok hoodie back in the 2003-04 season when the design was introduced to the league. The sleeves were still intact and he was spotted wearing it at Patriots practices and on the sidelines of games.

It's clear now that it was the beginning of a beautiful relationship. Then scissors met sleeves and the iconic statement piece was born.

Made with a heavy suede fleece, the hood has a rich look and feel and it is sewn on to the rest of the shirt to give it a unique style and comfortable fit. Plus you know that if it's warm enough for one of the best in the game, it'll be warm enough for you. It makes plenty of sense why coach Belichick decided to rock it for almost 10 seasons.

Since Coach Belichick revolutionized the sweatshirt with a simple snip snip, others have followed suit. Tom Brady made his own variety and even the Yankees C.C. Sabathia rocked one this postseason.

Look. We're not saying Coach single-handedly started this fashion statement, but he made it iconic. Don't @ us.

While the Belichick has been out of the ProShop's rotation, the legend has returned. Get yours here.
