"Jimmy Kimmel Live's" segment "Mean Tweets" is always a viral sensation. It gives celebrities a chance to fight back against the trolls online in a funny way, and on Thursday night, it was the NFL's turn to combat the haters.
It may be hard to believe, but even the New England Patriots aren't immune to being made fun of online, and Danny Amendola got his chance to go head-to-head with the mean Twitter trolls who chose to mock him.
Straight faced, Danny read the tweet about him. "Amendola with his mustache looks like a young Burt Reynolds with the height of Sally Fields."
Let's just say, his response isn't suitable for print.
Danny wasn't alone in the insults. Peyton Manning, Amari Cooper, Terry Bradshaw and Travis Kelcie all called out the worst of the internet. And it was hilarious. Check out the video below.
