How do I receive my Patriots STM Benefits Pass?

Patriots Season Ticket Members will receive an email invitation with links to download the Patriots STM Benefits Pass. Most iPhones and Androids have a mobile wallet app installed by default – Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (formerly Google Pay). If you do not have a mobile wallet app on your smartphone, you can download one from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the prompts in the email invitation to download your pass to your device's default mobile wallet app. If you do not receive an email invitation for your Patriots STM Benefits Pass or you need additional assistance, please contact memberservices@patriots.com.

How can I receive my Patriots STM benefits at Gillette Stadium if I do not have a smartphone – iPhone or Android device?

If you do not have an iPhone or Android device, please contact Patriots Member Services for a temporary printable pass.

Is sharing my Patriots STM Benefits Pass with family and friends permitted?

Yes. To share your Benefits Pass, simply click the "share" icon (the three dots) in the top right-hand corner to view your Pass Details and share your access to The Hall with friends and family. Please note that recipient(s) will be entitled to all benefits available on your pass.

Where can I redeem my Patriots STM Benefits Pass?

You can use your Patriots STM Benefits Pass at the Patriots ProShop at Gillette Stadium for a discount, at the Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX for entry, and on event days to access any one-off Food & Beverage offers. How do I remove the Patriots STM Benefits Pass from my iPhone Lock Screen?

You will need to visit the back of the Patriots STM Benefits Pass.

For those with an iPhone operating on iOS 16 and above, click on the question mark in the bottom right-hand corner of the Apple Wallet pass. For those with an iPhone operating on iOS 15 and below, click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the pass.

Toggle off the "Suggest on Lock Screen" button.

Do I need Google Wallet if I already have Google Pay?

For the best Patriots STM Benefits Pass experience it is recommended that you use Google Wallet, which is the Android app dedicated to the use and management of mobile wallet passes and payment cards. While the Google Pay app currently still supports passes, it is more focused on peer-to-peer payments, merchant offers, and other payment services.
