Edelman, Belichick bring the jokes with Jimmy Fallon

Julian Edelman and Coach Bill Belichick stopped by "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," and Jimmy wasn't the only one cracking jokes.

Between the game, the celebrations and Tuesday's parade, the Patriots have been busy making several television appearances, and on Monday night, Julian Edelman and Coach Bill Belichick brought their talents -- and best jokes -- to late night.

The pair stopped by "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," and though Jimmy said Coach Belichick "intimidates" him, the coach was all smiles. No, seriously.

Early on in the interview, Jimmy clarified what he should call Coach Belichick.

"Can I call you Coach? Do you mind if I call you Coach," he asked.

"Oh, yeah because I've been called a lot worse than that," Coach Belichick said without skipping a beat.

It didn't take long for them to get into one of the most impressive feats of the game and a crucial part of the Patriots historic comeback victory: Julian's miracle catch. The play was so unbelievable that Jimmy had to ask how much of it was pure skill and how much was sheer luck.

"I'd say it was probably like 70 percent luck," Julian said with a laugh.

The play was so memorable that Jimmy quickly found a way for Julian to turn a profit.

"I have plans for you. You should just open up a chain of seafood restaurants called Edelman's Catch," Jimmy said. "Get out of the business now. Boston will love it."

We love the idea, Jimmy, but we love the idea of Julian on the field even more.
