The writers of Patriots Football Weekly have done their homework on all the prospects in this year's NFL Draft. Now, you can download the actual notes they took on all the top players, broken down by position for your convenience. Today, they offer their notes on the quarterbacks.

1 | Jameis Winston*, Florida State

HEIGHT:6-4 | WEIGHT: 232 | 40: 4.86

Andy Hart: Good size with strong arm; Steps into throws and rips it; Takes risks; Off-field concerns.

Paul Perillo: Big. Big arm. Total package on the field. Also seems to be a leader. But off-field issues are glaring concern. Too many INTs. 

2 | Marcus Mariota*, Oregon

HEIGHT:6-4 | WEIGHT:215 | 40: 4.52

Andy Hart: Very athletic; Throws well on run; Improvises well; Accurate on deep seam; Spread QB will have to adjust to NFL style.

Paul Perillo: Mobil, lean athlete. Will need to adjust to pro game. Throws on run.

3 | Bryce Petty, Baylor

HEIGHT:6-3 | WEIGHT: 230 | 40:4.64

Andy Hart: System QB with decent size; Shows toughness; Nice release; Solid but will have to adjust to NFL.

Paul Perillo: System concern. Big adjustment to NFL. Nice accuracy on deep ball. Good intangibles.

4 | Brett Hundley, UCLA

HEIGHT: 6-3 | WEIGHT: 227 | 40: 4.64

Andy Hart: Good mobility; Runs too much; Adjusts well when play breaks down; Another spread guy.

Paul Perillo: Likes to run, little Randall Cunningham-like. Decent touch and accuracy. 

5 | Garrett Grayson, Colorado State

HEIGHT:6-2 | WEIGHT: 215 | 40:4.84

Andy Hart: Good pocket mobility; Nice boots on waggle; Not always accurate; Nice rhythm. Potential backup.

Paul Perillo: Very good accuracy and instincts. Different motion. Average athlete.



Brandon Bridge, South Alabama

HEIGHT: 6-4 | WEIGHT: 226 | 40: 4.68

Andy Hart: Good size and mobility; Cam Newton-esque; Strong arm; Good escapability; Project worth developing?

Paul Perillo: Imressive size and arm. Athletic. Definite Newton mold. Reads? Raw. 1 year experience.

Blake Sims, Alabama

HEIGHT: 6-0 | WEIGHT:223 | 40: 4.49

Andy Hart: Inconsistent; Makes big plays; Moves well to throw; Not always accurate; Spread.

Paul Perillo: Short. 1 year experience. Average arm. 

Hutson Mason, Georgia

HEIGHT: 6-2 | WEIGHT: 207 | 40: 4.96

Andy Hart: Lacks arm strength; Good accuracy; Potential backup.

Paul Perillo: 1 year starter. Dink and dunk accuracy. Game manager. Developmental backup?

Shane Carden, East Carolina

HEIGHT: 6-2 | WEIGHT: 218 | 40:4.92


Sean Mannion, Oregon State

HEIGHT: 6-6 | WEIGHT:229 | 40:4.94


Cody Fajardo, Nevada

HEIGHT: 6-2 | WEIGHT:222 | 40: 4.59

Paul Perillo: Ran a lot. Captain. Ugly motion. Falls away from throws. Not much of an NFL prospect.

Bryan Bennett, Southeast Louisiana

HEIGHT:6-2 | WEIGHT: 210 | 40: 4.72


Andy Hart: Lots of high throws; Throws into coverage; Can spin it but not accurate; Spread.

Connor Halliday, Washington State

HEIGHT: 6-4 | WEIGHT:198 | 40: 4.87

Andy Hart: Accurate passer; Makes plays; Can throw the deep out; Nice touch; Productive. 

Taylor Heinicke, Old Dominion

HEIGHT: 6-1 | WEIGHT: 211 | 40:4.76


Paul Perillo: Short. Avg. arm. College look and build. Good touch. Can run. 3 years of experience and production.

Rakeem Cato, Marshall

HEIGHT: 5-11 | WEIGHT: 171 | 40:4.68


Bo Wallace, Mississippi

HEIGHT: 6-4 | WEIGHT:217 | 40:4.78


Jerry Lovelocke, Prairie View AM

HEIGHT: 6-4 | WEIGHT:245 | 40:4.96
