To kick off the program, Patriots linebacker Chris Board, offensive lineman Tyrone Wheatly Jr., Patriots Cheerleaders, Pat Patriot, and in-game announcer Mike Riley held a school assembly at Chandler Elementary School to talk about the importance of education and answer questions on September 12, 2023. On their first visit, the Patriots Foundation donated activity books for every classroom.

Global digital sports platform Fanatics partnered with the Patriots to host a local Merch Madness: Fan Gear Giveaway event for invited guests from local Boys & Girls Clubs at the Socios.com Field House on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The event was part of Fanatics' annual Global Volunteer Day, in which the company pauses operations, allowing employees to volunteer and give back in their local communities. Joining the Fanatics team were Robert Kraft, Jonathan Kraft, Patriots veterans Jalen Mills and Jonathan Jones, the entire Patriots rookie class, along with Boston Celtics players Jayson Tatum and Grant Williams, and hip hop star Lil Baby. The kids took part in football drills and were gifted with many merchandise items, including jerseys, hats, jackets, hoodies and t-shirts.

The Patriots hosted the inaugural girls high school flag football championship at Gillette Stadium on Friday, June 16, 2023, featuring eight schools in a tournament-style bracket: Ayer-Shirley Regional High School, Chelsea High School, Fitchburg High School, Leominster High School, St. Mary's Lynn, Needham High School, Peabody Veterans Memorial High School and Woburn Memorial High School. Leominster captured the title in dramatic fashion, rallying for a 13-12 win over St. Mary's in which they made a defensive stand in the end zone on the final two plays of the game to hang on.

On June 1, New England Patriots alumni, cheerleaders and mascot, Pat Patriot visited Young Woods Elementary School in Providence, R.I. to host a Scholastic Book Fair following the school's continued efforts in improving their attendance rates. The visit marked the third time the New England Patriots Foundation has visited the school after challenging students to achieve higher attendance rates. After previous visits from Patriots cornerback Jalen Mills and offensive lineman Cole Strange, approximately 200 students achieved perfect attendance, and the school improved their overall attendance rate by 32%. Patriots alumni Joe Andruzzi, Tully Banta-Cain, Dan Koppen, Jonas Gray and Patrick Pass helped students select books as a reward, with each student taking home three books to read for the summer.

In recognition of Foster Care Awareness Month, the New England Patriots Foundation and the New England Revolution Foundation hosted staff of six nonprofits at Gillette Stadium on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Patriots Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft announced a commitment of $1 million in grant funding for the six foster care organizations across New England. Patriots players Ty Montgomery and Matthew Slater were also on hand to celebrate the announcement.

The New England Patriots and New England Dairy teamed up to present a $10,000 Hometown Grant to Lafayette School in Everett, MA on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. The grant will go towards enhancing the school's wellness environment through the purchase of two grab and go meal carts to increase access to school breakfast and new physical activity equipment for students. The event began with a school-wide assembly and was followed by a Fuel up to Play 60 event, during which Patriots players Marcus Jones, Cole Strange, Trent Brown, Chris Board and Calvin Munson led football-themed drills and activities for a select group of students.
