Wide receiver Terry Glenn did report for the start of camp and will be on the field when the Patriots hold the first full-squad practice of the season.

Glenn and Head Coach Bill Belichick met Thursday morning when the player arrived at Bryant College. Belichick did not go into the specifics of their conversation other than to say they had talked about the past, present and future of Glenn with the team.

"I spoke with Terry this morning, and I would characterize it as a day-to-day situation," Belichick said. "As I told the team, there are a lot of things for each player and coach that need to be re-established, and Terry falls into that category."

Belichick felt it would be inappropriate for him to rehash the conversation, but he did say that Glenn passed the conditioning run and was cleared for practice.
