The Baltimore Ravens agreed to terms on a three-year contract with fourth-round wide receiver Demetrius Williams, leaving first-round defensive tackle Haloti Ngata as the team's lone unsigned draft pick.

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (July 24, 2006) -- The Baltimore Ravens agreed to terms on a three-year contract with fourth-round wide receiver Demetrius Williams, leaving first-round defensive tackle Haloti Ngata as the team's lone unsigned draft pick.

Williams is expected to compete with veterans Devard Darling and Clarence Moore for the third receiver job behind starters Derrick Mason and Mark Clayton.

Meanwhile, team officials remain hopeful of signing Ngata, the 12th overall pick, before the Ravens report to training camp July 27.
