Tom Brady has said he's "fresh as lettuce" and wants to play football for 10 more years. Whether he ends up being a 48-year-old QB or not, though, he's already made it into the history books. And today, as he prepares for the playoffs, he took some time to honor the other greats of New England sports, past and present.
On Facebook, TB12 shared a video that flashes images of stars like Bobby Orr, Bill Russell, Larry Bird, Pedro Martinez and David Ortiz, not to mention a few of Tom's teammates from over the years. To heighten the drama, it's set against that iconic speech from "Rudy."
So, if you weren't quite ready to cheer on the Patriots in the playoffs, you will be now.
