FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today the signing of LB R.J. Moten. The 6-foot, 224-pounder, spent the spring playing in the UFL for the Michigan Panthers. To make room on the roster, the Patriots placed rookie FB Brock Lampe on injured reserve.
Moten, 23, played in his first two college seasons at Michigan (2021-2022) before transferring to Florida for his final two collegiate seasons. Overall, he played in 47 games and finished with 88 total tackles, 2 sacks and 5 passes defensed during his college career.
