SEASONAL REVIEWS

2023 (9/3)

Began the season on injured reserve following an injury suffered in the preseason.
Played in nine games with three starts and finished with 13 receptions for 91 yards (7.0 avg), also posting 3 rushing attempts for 51 yards.
Dressed but did not play in one game and was inactive for two games.
Activated from injured reserve on Oct. 14.
Made his 2023 debut after being activated to the 53-man roster from injured reserve and was in the starting lineup at Las Vegas (10/15). He caught his first pass of the year on a 6-yard reception in the third quarter from QB Mac Jones.
Was active vs. Indianapolis (11/12) but did not see any action.
Had a 39-yard run in the fourth quarter vs. Los Angeles Chargers (12/3), the second longest run ever by a Patriots wide receiver. WR Julian Edelman had a 47-yard run in the fourth quarter vs. Indianapolis on Nov. 18, 2012.

Played in 13 games with nine starts at wide receiver and recorded 22 receptions for 247 yards and two touchdowns. Also recorded three rushing attempts for 16 yards and one rushing touchdown.
Was placed on injured reserve prior to the season on Sept. 1 due to an injury suffered in the preseason and missed the first four games of the season.
Activated to the 53-man roster and made his NFL debut in the second quarter vs. Detroit (10/9). His first reception was a 2-yard gain from QB Bailey Zappe in the third quarter, immediately followed by a 5-yard reception on the next play.
Scored his first NFL touchdown on a 2-yard pass from QB Bailey Zappe in the third quarter at Cleveland (10/16). Scored his second touchdown of the day on a 19-yard run. He is the sixth Patriots wide receiver to score on a touchdown run and first since Cordarrelle Patterson in 2018. He is the first Patriots wide receiver with a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown in the same game since David Patten at Indianapolis on Oct. 21, 2001.
Made his first NFL start vs. Chicago (10/24). Had one reception for 19 yards.
Finished with three receptions for a team-leading 60 yards vs. Miami (1/1). Had two receptions of more than 20 yards with a 24-yard pass from QB Mac Jones in the first quarter and 29-yard reception in the third quarter for his two longest receptions. His previous best was a 21-yard reception at Cleveland on Oct. 16. Capped a 10-play, 81-yard drive with a 7-yard touchdown reception from Jones. It marked his second receiving touchdown of the season and his first from Jones.
