Bears agree to terms with Manning, Dvoracek

The Chicago Bears agreed to four-year contracts with second-round draft pick Danieal Manning and third-round choice Dusty Dvoracek. Manning, a safety from Abilene Christian, was chosen with the 42nd pick -- the Bears' first of the draft.

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (July 5, 2006) -- The Chicago Bears agreed to four-year contracts with second-round draft pick Danieal Manning and third-round choice Dusty Dvoracek.

Manning, a safety from Abilene Christian, was chosen with the 42nd pick -- the Bears' first of the draft. He had 159 tackles, 11 interceptions, 13 pass breakups, six forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries in college. Dvoracek, a defensive tackle from Oklahoma, had 131 tackles and 16 sacks.

Manning and Dvoracek were the last of the Bears' seven draft picks to agree to contracts.
