Patriots tight end Austin Hooper celebrates five years of the Austin Hooper Foundation in his 2025 My Cause My Cleats campaign in collaboration with More than Words Boston. A non-profit, youth-run organization that empowers young adults experiencing foster care, court, homelessness and more. He strives to provide support for youth in foster care, especially those who are aging out of the system.

Patriots quarterback Drake Maye chose Special Olympics Massachusetts in collaboration with United Health Care for his 2025 My Cause My Cleats campaign. Watch as his cleats are designed and revelaed to him after practicing with Special Olympics athletes in Minnesota, where the summer games will be held in 2026.
