Patriots continue to face more good pass rushers

Despite facing some of the leagues best pass rushing tandems, the Patriots have been able to keep teams from getting to Tom Brady.

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) - The New England Patriots have more solid pass rushers coming their way when they face the Denver Broncos.

The Patriots offensive line must try to protect Tom Brady on Sunday from rookie Von Miller, who has 11 1-2 sacks, and Elvis Dumervil, who has 7 1-2.

And the Broncos like to blitz.

Last Sunday, the Patriots went against strong pass rushers Ryan Kerrigan and Brian Orakpo of the Washington Redskins. And the week before that they faced Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis of the Indianapolis Colts. The Patriots won each of those games by seven points with Brady getting sacked just once in each of them.

The Broncos are ranked fifth in the NFL in sacks per opponent's pass play.
