The New England Patriots annually select their High School Football Coaches of the Week throughout the course of the NFL season. These coaches are recognized for their dedication and success on and off the field while exemplifying leadership qualities to their athletes and those around them. They also each receive a grant on behalf of the Patriots to help fund their respective football programs and give back to their athletes. These coaches displayed are the well-deserving ten 2025 Patriots Coach of the Week winners and the Coach of the Year winner, Derek Almeida from Fairhaven High School.

Brian Hoyer joined the Patriots at Saint Joseph's College of Maine on Saturday for a Women's Flag Football Kickoff Event that brought together nearly 150 athletes from 18 Maine Girls Flag Football teams. The event celebrated the continued growth of girls' flag football across the state while also serving as a milestone for Saint Joseph's College, which is preparing to launch Maine's first NCAA varsity women's flag football program. In addition to participating in the kickoff celebration, the Patriots donated flag football equipment to support future programming and continued opportunities for girls to play the game throughout Maine.

Patriots Tight End Hunter Henry hosted his annual 'Freedom to Play' ping pong tournament at SPIN Boston on Monday, Oct. 12, 2026. The event raised money and awareness for the International Justice Mission, which works to help end slavery and human trafficking around the world.

On October 9, as part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the Patriots' first Super Bowl championship, members of the Super Bowl XXXVI team joined former Patriots quarterback Brian Hoyer for a youth football clinic. Young athletes participated in football drills and scrimmages, creating lasting memories while celebrating the legacy of the 2001 championship team.

As part of the Patriots Foundation's month-long focus on healthcare and the NFL's Crucial Catch Campaign, 15 cancer patients and survivors currently receiving treatment at Mass General Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and surrounding areas were invited to Gillette Stadium for a Day of Pampering on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026.

The Patriots Foundation, joined by player Julian Hill, visited Bridge Over Troubled Waters, a Boston-based non-profit that provides services and support to youth experiencing homelessness, as well as runaway and at-risk youth. During the visit, the group prepared and served a hot meal while engaging with the youth in meaningful conversation.

The Patriots welcomed girls flag football athletes to Gillette Stadium for the Patriots NFL FLAG College Showcase, providing participants with an opportunity to compete, showcase their talents, and engage with college coaches from across the country.

As part of Play Football Month, 100 kids ages 6-12 and their families took part in a youth football clinic on the Patriot practice field following Patriots Training Camp on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026. The clinic was led by former Patriots players Brian Hoyer, Rob Ninkovich, Jonas Gray and Dan Koppen, as well as coaches from Xaverian High School and members of the La Salle Football team.

To support local youth experiencing housing insecurity and encourage healthy habits, Good Sports and the New England Patriots Foundation surprised 40 kids with new bikes at the conclusion of Training Camp on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

The Kraft family and the Patriots opened Training Camp with the second annual Pawtriots dog adoption event on Saturday, July 25, 2026. New England Patriots players and the Pawtriots program connected dozens of adoptable dogs from local animal shelters with new families.

On June 19 (Juneteenth), members of the Patriots Rookie Squad teamed up with Newton Community Education and the "I'm Amazing" Program for a youth football clinic supporting local scholarships. Patriots Rookies led football skills and drills stations, empowering the next generation on and off the field. The day continued with more sports clinics and an incredible Juneteenth celebration, honoring culture, history, and community together.

The 2026 Patriots Girls High School Flag Football Championship brought twelve qualifying teams to Merrimack College, marking a significant milestone in the continued expansion of the program across Massachusetts. The evening highlighted both the rapid growth of the league and the excellence of its athletes, with Boston Cathedral crowned the Division III champion, the Fitchburg Red Raiders earning the Division II title, and St. Mary's of Lynn securing their third consecutive Division I championship.
