Fourth-round pick Max Jean-Gilles signed a four-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles traded up in the fourth round of the NFL draft to get Jean-Gilles, a guard who earned All-America honors as a senior last season at Georgia.

PHILADELPHIA (July 10, 2006) -- Fourth-round pick Max Jean-Gilles signed a four-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles traded up in the fourth round of the NFL draft to get Jean-Gilles, a guard who earned All-America honors as a senior last season at Georgia.

Jean-Gilles is the third of the Eagles' eight draft picks to sign with the team.
