Banquet / Function Servers
- PT on call Banquet wait-staff needed for year round events
- Flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Sous Chef
- Seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a full-time salaried position.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in high volume catering or restaurant operations
- 2 years management experience
- Strong, creative, cooking, and production skills
- Experience with menu design
- Understanding of food cost and inventory control

Lead Production Cook
- Full-time position with benefits

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 - years experience high volume cooking
- Some supervisory skills
- Good cooking and production skills
- Team player

Production Cooks
- Seasonal part-time position with possibility of full-time

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience high volume cooking
- Good cooking skills
- Work well with others

Executive Steward / Receiver
- Full-time salaried position

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in food service operation
- 1 years experience in receiving
- 1 years experience in supervising Stewarding Department
- Good organizational skills
- Basic Computer skills
