After missing the entire 2019 season due to complications related to blood clots in his lungs, center David Andrews recently explained that he has been cleared to return to football. He sat down for interviews with Patriots.com last week, and on Tuesday he met with the rest of the local media.

The Boston Globe says Andrews is eager to get going. The Boston Herald has Andrews addressing his health as well as the departure of Tom Brady. NBC Sports Boston discusses the bond Andrews formed with Jarrett Stidham last season. Andrews also offered some insight as to the identity of the Patriots new offensive line coaches.

The Athletic has a piece about sixth-round pick Michael Onwenu, who hopes to become the Patriots next mauler on the offensive line. WEEI.com looks at linebacker Josh Uche’s ability to rush the passer. NBC Sports Boston believes the selection of Kyle Dugger may have been a safer pick than some believe.

Jets quarterback Sam Darnold tells us not to expect his team to take the Patriots lightly just because Brady is no longer here.

WEEI.com provides five things to look for when the Patriots schedule is revealed Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. on Patriots.com.
