SANTA CLARA, Calif. (April 24, 2006) -- The San Francisco 49ers signed backup quarterback Ken Dorsey and safety Mike Adams to contracts for next season.
The Niners also signed free-agent kicker Andrew Jacas, who has had several tryouts with other teams.
Dorsey started three games last season, completing 48 of 90 passes for 481 yards and two touchdowns.
Adams played in 14 games last season and led the team with a career-high four interceptions.
