Packers release Diggs, Dutton

The Green Bay Packers released linebacker Na'il Diggs and punter Ryan Dutton. The Packers drafted Diggs out of Ohio State in the fourth round of the 2000 NFL draft.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (March 2, 2006) -- The Green Bay Packers released linebacker Na'il Diggs and punter Ryan Dutton.

The Packers drafted Diggs out of Ohio State in the fourth round of the 2000 NFL draft. He played in 84 games, including 80 as a starter, and recorded 541 tackles (390 solo).

Diggs struggled with injuries last season, playing in only nine games for Green Bay.
